Problem with slider for gallery using X format gallery for a post

Hello, for my website I used for my gallery your suggestion over here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/image-slider-for-post-media/16146

i created my post (not portfolio but a normal post) I added my gallery with images uploaded and not being a portfolio I only had the format section and not the portfolio one on my post in edit mode. what i made is switch the format to gallery, i saved but still the gallery is in the same format as usual. i tried to publish and nothing change. so what do we need to do to have a slider when a post is not a portfolio one but a simple post? switching the format to gallery is not enough. what am i missing?

Thanks for writing in! The post gallery is not displaying because you have added this custom css;

.single-post .entry-featured {
    display: none;
}

To resolve your issue, please add this custom css as well;

.single-post .format-gallery .entry-featured {
    display: block;
}

Since you have installed a minify plugin, please make sure that you clear your plugin caches before testing your site.
