I made some table of index for my scooter insurance website.
When i click on a #anchor link . you see that the page is going the the correct anchor name in the document / page.

But its not ‘smooth’ and not scrolling. Its directly on the spot itself, which is horribel experience.
Can some one help me?

First of all please kindly remove the custom JS code which you have added that says:
// Remove links that don't actually link to anything
It throws an error and does not work actually.
Secondly kindly consider that the Smooth Scroll feature is not available in Pro completely. You can update the theme to version 1.1.1 which enables the Smooth Scroll functionality but if you have a sticky header it will not calculate the header height yet.
So if you do not have the sticky header, just update the theme and it will work ok, otherwise, you will need to wait for upcoming releases of the theme to have the feature completed.
