Problem with Pro Installation

Ok, I installed the Pro theme and child theme and it crashed my site. i got error 500. so i went to my file manager, deleted the pro and its child theme, re-activated my x theme and now everything is fine. By the way im hosting my site on PHP v7.

Now here is my question, why did my website crashed when Im using PHP v7, and what can i do to install the pro with out getting this error

Hello,

It is possible that the files of PRO or PRO Child theme you installed were corrupted.

I would advise to turn off all your cache plugins, download fresh versions of PRO and PRO CHILD and re-install the themes.
