Over the last weeks I had some problems with the preview area of cornerstone, i tried everything, but I solved it deactivating two plugins: “Async JavaScript” and “Autoptimize”.
I hope this can be useful for many others with the same problem.

By the way, caching and other optimizing plugins are best to turn ON when you are finished building the site and ready to go live.
