Problem with Plugin- Pop up maker

Hi Themeco

I have been receiving some problems with the pop up maker, since I have updated the latest version of the plugin and cornerstone.

The problem that I encounter is that I am unable to update to make edits on the popup maker as hitting publish button leads me to the second screen shot below.

My step by step is as follow:

1. I clicked on pop-up maker to all pop ups
2. Hovered over "amos kang” (pop up post) to click on edit
3. Pressed update button
4. Directed to Amos Kang post and edited on the following screen
5. Led to this page (as shown in screenshot) - http://www.trybe.org/wp-admin/post.php
   
6. There were no updates on my post.

Do let me know how I can assist further and any suggestions with regards to solving the issue.

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin (Pop up Maker). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thanks for the reply. However, we have logged this ticket to Pop up maker and they mentioned that the issue does not lie with the plugin. Any suggestions to solve the issue?

Hi,

Try to switch to wordpress default twenty Seventeen theme then check if you are still having an issue with that plugin.

Make sure to have full backup of your site before doing it.
