Problem with opening kornerstone

When i try to open kornerstone to modify a page the page doensnt open it search to open but don’t open
can you know where is the probleme ?

I can see that you have updated Cornerstone to version 4.1.1. Please do not forget to update the X theme too. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
- X theme 7.1.2
- Cornerstone 4.1.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hi thanks a lot for youre answers
I just upgrade XTHEME and cornerstone to the last version empty my cash bu the problem still the same
cornerstone doesn’t work . When i click open with cornerstone the page turn over and over and doesn’t open
