Problem with modal from mobile

Hi!
I have a problem on some pages regarding modal popup.
When I click on the modal that contains an embedded video (vimeo), it doesn’t open the window popup , or in some cases the video crashes after a while.

Over time it seems that no page of the site works 100% modal. (both PC and mobile)

I check your website on the desktop and on the mobile then the modal video is just working fine on my end. That being said, I suggest that you clear your browser cache or disable any chrome extension that might interfere with the embedded video.

Unfortunately, there is a problem because only on these mobile pages (among other things created all the same) there is a high percentage of customers who complain about the non functioning of modals.

Please check to see what the problem is!

Like my colleague, I have also checked all the pages on the desktop and on my Android mobile phone and found that the videos are working fine. Can you please check any of your devices and if you are able to replicate it please let us know the device name, browser name and version, and also the operating system you are using, which helps us to replicate the issue at our end.

Hi staff,

Unfortunately after time and also recreating the problem pages from the beginning THE PROBLEM PERSISTS.

There is another number of customers complaining about mobile errors, please ask for help somehow as I don’t know more than to try to fix it.

QUESTION: Could it be that the page is too heavy from mobile? The problems are there from both Google Chrome and Safari.

Hey @LWLsrl,

I believe this is not because of a heavy page because if it is, we’ll experience the same problem.

All of us could not replicate the issue so this is not an issue with the theme but has something to do with playing Vimeo on your customers’ phone. It could be network related or something on their phone is blocking Vimeo or they might have a strict pop up blocker.

Since we could not replicate the issue, the last thing we could suggest is try using Youtube or host the videos in your server.

I’m sorry but we have no solution on our end. This is an issue with your customer’s device. It’s not the theme.
