Hi, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page https://novaclinic.co.uk/ there is a grid with 3 pages/blog posts. On the desktop version they work normally but when accessed on mobile the “Dr Monica Caddeo” one leads/redicrects to a completely different page, any idea where the problem might be coming from?

The problem is not with the grid but the page you directed the grid item. In this page: https://novaclinic.co.uk/drcaddeo/, you have a desktop content version and a mobile version. See https://youtu.be/Ftq6VVgt8K4
Please edit the page in Cornerstone and enable the Responsive Viewer by click on the phone icon in the side controls. You can then switch to different predefined screen sizes.
