Problem with menu & Text to image Spacing

Hi Support,

I am having an issue with a couple of things, and would really appreciate your support.

Problem 1 is that on the site http://www.spineplus-chigwell.co.uk/ the treatments menu has many items on it and in some screen sizes and also in safri the menu gets cut off, and you can scroll to see the last items. How can i fix this? I have spoken to the client and they dont want to change it that much, so being able to scroll on it would be awesome.

Problem 2 is on my site PTTC e Learning. I am trying to add a static description to the items on the home page with a text description underneath the product. But i cant remove the spacing between the image and the text below. Can you advise please?

Thanks as always.

Mario

Hello Mario,

Thanks for writing in!

1.) Your sub menu is way too long. We need to control the maximum height of the submenu and also apply a scroll to any overflowing content. To resolve this, please add the following CSS code in the X > Launch > Theme Options > Global CSS (http://prntscr.com/evui3r)

.desktop .sub-menu {
    max-height: calc(100vh - 80px);
    overflow-y: scroll;
}

2.) Could you please provide the url of the PTTC e learning site first?

Thank you.

Hi Support,

Many thanks for that worked a treat on the menu.

The PTTC thing i have fixed, but can i ask is there a simple fix to the problem of not being able to open a page in cornerstone that has been created in cornerstone? When i try to open the page it shows me a blank page in cornerstone, but when i look at the page in the edit option i can see the code, but the page wont open in cornerstone.

Thanks again for your assistance.

Best Regards

Mario

You might have edited the page outside of Cornerstone. If that is the case, you’ll need to revert from a database backup since the builder data has been deleted.

Thanks.

Hi Support,

Thanks for getting back to me, this is the only page it seems thats affected, and i’m not sure when this occurred and i have made many changes in the last 2 months which i might lose. So possibly best just to recreate the page.

Many thanks

Mario

Hi @mariogarcia1,

Yes, best would be is to create the page again if your don’t have a recent backup.

Feel free to ask us again.

Thanks for understanding.
