Problem with layout sidebar

Hello,
I am working on the layout “HI Blog Sidebar Bridesmaids.”

I’m not sure what happened, but a big grey section has appeared on the top and bottom of the sidebar

Thanks for writing to us.

In order to get rid of this issue, I would suggest you go to the Layout—>Select the Row—>Layout—> Vertical—> Set it as “Start”.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

That fixed it on the top, but the bottom is still grey. I’ll share credentials.

Hi Ashley,

I have checked the page and found that the background color is set to the 2nd section of the Layout assigned to the page.

I have changed it to transparent and the grey color is not showing anymore.
