I purchased X theme a while back and for some time now, when I visit my website. Its a mess. The layout is all messed up. I’m specifically using Ethos. I am in much need of your help as soon as possible.

Thanks for asking. 
I checked the website that you have assigned in licence manager and on my end website is working fine. I can see you are using Ethos stack and there is no issues with the layout for the same. Please check screenshot. https://cl.ly/3y1b2w0U2V2R
Please try clearing browser cache and try loading website again.
