Problem with displaying PNG elements

Hi,

I would need some help with some fixes. Using the Pro builder everything is working just fine. When we’re loading the page using the browser there are several issues.

Pro Builder:

  • PNG elements are working fine (marked in red)
  • Hover effect on image is working fine, opacity 0.65 (marked in light blue)

On web:

  • PNG elements get displayed with a white background (marked in red)
  • Hover effect on image is not working, and issue appears on (cell 3) mobile view port (marked in light blue)
  • Next post function doesn’t work correctly ((marked in pink)

Any suggestions? Appreciate any help.
Kind regards, Jannes

Hi again,

Already solved the pink and partially red issue by using the layout function. Remaining is the problem marked in red and I do have a new problem. Once activating my layout by > settings > assignments > add condition > all singular the following is happening: Header and footer are not working correctly (see screenshots)

Many thanks, Jannes

Hey Jannes,

In the Layout Builder, you’re displaying the Featured Image but none of your pages have a featured image set.

Your problem with the broken header could be a conflict with PHP 8. The header does not output the builder’s CSS. Please try downgrading to PHP 7.4.

Thanks.

Hi @christian,

The layout is just specifically set for the portfolio, where I need the featured image.
Thanks fir the suggestion. I have downgraded PHP as suggested, the issue remains.
Any further suggestion on what to try next? Regards, Jannes

Hello Jannes,

Can you please let us know which one has worked out and what are the on going issues? The PNG is displaying on my end. What I am seeing is the with the blue border wherein you have that layout because in Cell 3, you inserted an inline element CSS:

Remove the CSS to make it align properly. Or you can also provide us a mock layout so that we will have an idea of how the items would look like.

Best Regards.

Hello Jannes,

I am recommending that you create a separate thread for each of your issue because at the moment, it has gone off topic and no longer related to the original issue as indicated in the thread title. We must also do this so that other users can read and follow on an issue when they encounter the same or wanted to go same settings or feature that they may want.

As I can see, you have a remaining 3 issues. We would love to respond each of those issues in a separate thread to avoid any further confusion or getting the thread mixed up.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @ruenel,

No worries, thanks for your response.
Regards, Jannes

You are most welcome Jannes.
