When I turned on Customization always showed text:
Howdy! What would you like to launch?
Customization did not right work - always showed text (look image top).
Problem was setup woocommerce: Default customer location - Geolocate (cachce). Good setup is Geolocate only Geolocate. Then the problem disappeared.
