Hi i have a problem with my site i read the forum, deactivate the plugins and the problem persist.

Is that hapenning in a specific page?

I loaded few of your pages on Cornerstone and it loaded just fine.

Please clean your browser cache and test again, if the issue persists, please try a different browser.

Thanks Joao, the problem is in all pages in submenues ( example: " http://www.candeloristudio.com/portafolio/arquitectura-y-diseno/" or “http://www.candeloristudio.com/portafolio/sitios-web/ ‎” )

I been deleted the pages and, wen i re create like “ne page” the problem in cornerstone persist…

Can you see what happends please?

We are having the same issue. Seems that deactivating WP Total Cache allows us to edit the site using Cornerstone.

Upon further testing, I see that you’re running PHP v5.5.38 on your server and your memory is set to 256MB. We do recommend PHP v5.6.32 or higher and memory limit of 512MB to run cornerstone smoothly.

Could you please try adding the following code into your wp-config.php file.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line:

/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

The problem occurs when i enter to edit with cornerstone the page “— Portafolio: Arquitectura y diseño” under “portafolio”… (when a page is under other page in the structure, i can’t edit in cornerstone…)

Can you test please?

Hey @gcandelori,

Cornerstone can’t edit that page because it returns a 404 even if it exist.

This is because you’ve set your portfolio slug to portafolio and you have a portafolio parent page. Any children of that page will return a 404 due to permalink conflict. Try changing the slug of your parent portfolio page or your custom portfolio slug.
