Problem with Buttons (Links)

Hello,
All of the buttons that I have made are acting strange.

When I click a button, it goes to the site that I have it linked to. When my client clicks the button from her home computer, she receives this error message:
“This page is having a problem loading.
We tried to load this page for you a few times, but there is still a problem with this site. We know you have better things to do than to watch this page reload over and over again so try coming back to this page later.
Try this:
Go to your start page
Open a new tab”

1. Why do the links on the buttons work when I click them, but not when she tries? (It works when I try it on my phone)
2. I have some of the heading and text hyperlinked also (I did most of these with HTML). Those links work for both of us.
3. Do I need to clear the site’s cache? I have the WP Super Cache Plugin

Here’s a page with quite a few buttons (also, the headings ‘Vidoes’ and ‘Books’ are hyperlinked (using HTML)

This makes me a little nervous. If these things work for me, how will I know what isn’t working for others?

I’m re-entering web page design/building. My experience is from almost 20 years ago when HTML was used to build sites (I don’t even remember using CSS), however I am loving these front end builders! I just need to get comfortable using them…

Thanks for writing in! I could not replicate any issues at your buttons. Every time I click it, it works like the way it does.
Your client may need to clear her browser caches and test again. Better yet, ask her to use private browsing mode or Incognito mode when using Chrome to test you site.
