Problem with Breadcrumbs and TopBar

When I am in editing mode(I am logged in in my wordpress) I can see the Breadcrumbs and TopBar working perfectly… but when I logout and I clear the cache the Breadcrumbs disappear and the topBar also, leaving whitespace above the navigation space… what can I do.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the issue is in your contact page, and it shows only one menu item in the Navigation bar. A few illegal characters and an external file inclusion have been also found through the browser debugger.
