Please make sure that there are no JS errors in your site. Also, make sure that your TV browser supports Javascript or that Javascript is enabled in the browser so that the grid items will be loaded in your homepage.
Please deactivate your caching plugins and clear your browser cache and history in the tv too before testing your site again.

My TV browser supports javascript and enable. is it possible to disable homepage preloading animation ? lets try to load homepage posts without preloading. I tried another theme it uses javascript, it loaded without problem.

What browser does your Smart TV have? I don’t see any JavaScript error on your site and your posts grid loads on all my browsers, even the default Android web browser, even on IE11.
I suspect this issue is specific to your browser which there is nothing we can do about, what we can only advise is to Clear your WP Fastest Cache and clear your Smart TV’s browser cache and hope it will resolve the issue.

My smart TV is Samsung 49NU8000, it has tizen os and it has integrated browser.

We don’t have that device as of now, and even if we have, there is no way we could debug it within the TV. The browser probably has different standards than other known browsers. Maybe we could test it with Tizen emulator but we can’t promise any solution if this happens to be a browser feature related issue as we can’t add lacking features into the browser.
