Problem validating Cornerstone after theme change

Hi guys

I’ve just changed the theme of my site broughtonschoolofmotoring.com

Now I get a message on my WP dashboard saying ‘Cornerstone is not validated’

When I put in my licence code, it doesn’t work.

Any tips?

Thanks for posting in!

I have checked your account and I find out that you only have X license code. Please be aware that you cannot use the X license code to validate the Cornerstone plugin. The X license code can only be use to validate the X theme. Cornerstone plugin will not ask you to validate it if the X theme is active and validated. If you plan on using Cornerstone as a standalone plugin without the X theme, you will need to buy a separate Cornerstone plugin license. You can get it in CodeCanyon.

I may switch back to X theme in the nesr future. It is still present in the themes directory. See:

Can I still use Cornerstone to edit my pages while I’m using the Generatepress theme?

Or will it be deactivated?

It seems a bit much to have to pay for it twice, to be honest.

Yes, if you want to use Cornerstone only, you need to buy the standalone plugin. It will only be free if X theme is active on your site. Thank you for understanding.
