Problem sidebar header

Hello,

I’m suddenly having a problem with the sidebar header with creating new pages.
The standard Ethos white box with black h4 text is ok, only css has been added to change the menu font. Bu twith creating a new page the box doesn’t appear. I see a dot/::marker and a h2.

Please compare the sidebar headers on these 2 pages:
OK https://redyellowblue.org/data/my/
ERROR https://redyellowblue.org/data/al/

I’ve already tried to remove all CSS for a moment and also tried turning off all plugins, both didn’t help.

Hopefully you will be able to find the solution.

Thank you,
Frank

Hey Frank,

The structure of the “box” you described is different on both pages. The Malaysia “box/title” is an h-widget and wrapped in a div while the Albania title is a widgettitle and wrapped in li.

There’s clearly a setup difference with your widgets. Please correct them or make the Albania widget setup the same as the Malaysia setup.

This is not an issue with our theme but rather your widget setup. Please also switch to the parent theme because maybe your child theme customizations have something to do with this.

If you have proof that our the parent Pro theme is causing the issue, please give your WordPress Login URL and Admin username and password in a Secure Note.

Thanks.
