Problem saving content

hi there, I am having trouble saving the page I get this error

confirm that WP is still working as expected (maybe a background update broke things, randomly)
open up a different page in WP and ensure that you’re still logged in
open up that page again in a different browser & see what changes aren’t saving. copy/paste them over to the new page so you don’t lose your progress.

whenever I have this error, these are my steps. hope they help!

Hello Alex,

Temporarily remove any insertion of the Envira Gallery shortcode and test the page again. The Envira Gallery on this page may seem to create an issue only here. I have tested another page, and I was able to save the page changes.

You can also try to create a test page and save any changes you made on the page.

Thanks both for the update, but I still have the issue; I’ve cleared the cache memory and tried it a different browser, which I didn’t use on the website.

I’ve also deleted the Envira shortcode before pressing save

Hello @alexpodeanu,

I created a page on your server, and the page content is being saved properly at the moment. I would suggest that you deactivate the cache, clear your browser cache, and check again.

I also noticed that the PHP memory limit needs to be increased. You may need to contact your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit, or you can refer to the documentation to learn more about how to do this.
