Problem on posting E&P Form

When I create a form on E&P Form builder , I copy the shortcode but when I put it on my page it shows up like this.

Thank you for the reply. It works because I recreated the page with WPBakery Page builder. With cornerstone it still doesn’t work.

Thanks for the confirmation!
Have you tried adding the short code via classic raw content element?
There might be an issue when you add the code via text element.
