Problem linking away from site

I am using a custom link in the header to link to a big cartel store as the woo commerce plugin kept conflicting with something on our site causing our site to crash.
I have a problem now that browsers now question the security of this link. Is there a specific way to make this work that I am missing? Both my site and big cartel have SSL / https security.

Site - www.joeturd.com
Link in question - www.joeturd.com/store

Hello @discomatt,

Thanks for providing the credentials. I have checked your pages and the Store page is in Draft mode. Can you publish it and test the page again?

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Hi Ruenel,

Yes those pages are in draft mode. My problem is with the custom link in the menu named ‘store’.
It is redirecting to big cartel, both sites with https encryption, so wondering why there are security warnings when clicking from our site to our store on their site?

We have only made a Big Cartel store as woo commerce and essential grid plugins are not working for us on Pro theme currently.

Hi @discomatt,

If your problem is why your www.joeturd.com/store is not on HTTPS. I suggest that you that will redirect all your HTTP to HTTPS by adding some code in .htaccess. Please check this article, it will explain to you everything.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
