I can’t load the “integrity 1” template demo correctly.
Some pages and other resources do not download.

When you import the Integrity 1 Demo content, you should get some filler images and content which is normal.
You can replace them with your own image and content:
You can also get only the homepage for the standard demo content like the Integrity 1 demo. If you want the complete pages, you can import the Extended Demos.
