Pro WooCommerce checkout page replaced by terms and conditions page

Hello Themeco

I have a problem with my Pro WooCommerce site.

When I navigate to the checkout page (specified in WooCommerce) the terms and conditions page (specified in WooCommerce) is sent to me. This prevents me from checking out.

I can access the checkout page through the pro editor, where I can see all the checkout fields and the terms and conditions checkbox.
I can access the checkout page when there is no terms and conditions page specified in WooCommerce.

The checkout page is returned to me correctly when switching to another theme.

Hey @Tue2442,

In some web host, you cannot use the WooCommerce Checkout shortcode within the builder. Please don’t use WordPress editor for your case.

If the issue persist even when using the WordPress editor, the issue could be coming from a 3rd party plugin. Please do the following troubleshooting procedures to narrow down what’s causing the issue. Check if the issue persists after each procedure.

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. THEME UPDATE
  3. CHILD THEME
  4. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  5. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
