Pro won't launch

I have just converted to Pro. Problem is that it won’t launch. I just get a large loading icon. I have disabled Cornerstone and all other plugins.

Thanks for writing in!

  • Are you running any caching on either the server side or a service like Cloudflare? If you are try disabling that, as that could be causing an issue.
  • Do you have any errors in your server error log?
  • Have you added any custom JS/CSS even when you used X in your global Custom CSS or JS? If there are any syntax errors Pro won’t launch, try removing any custom code and re-loading (that is if you can access the customizer.

If it still doesn’t work, please let us know and we’d be happy to further debug.
