I’m trying to make changes to one of my entries (https://www.ploquickpro.com/blind-battle-kq4r/). I click save and the normal message appears, but the green bar across the top doesn’t load fully and the changes aren’t saved when I check the page. I see plenty of other entries about similar issues here in the forum, but none actually share the fix that resolves people’s problems.
Hey there,
I know you’ve given the login credentials and I’ve taken a look but I could not do these things for you because they’re the site owner’s responsibility.
-
Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
-
If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
-
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
-
Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
Thanks.

- Done (except I’m not sure what templates you are referring to since I’m just trying to use the built in no container, no header, footer template)
I tried all of the steps you suggested and none of them worked. What now?
Hi There,
I’m sorry but your WordPress back-end is inaccessible (refer secure note). Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check your error logs.
Thanks!
Can you please check again? The site should be accessible now and I really need to build stuff for a launch.
I’m meant custom templates like this
I tried to edit and save your page but there are too many script conflicts that might be halting the saving process.
Would you mind removing those scripts? They might come from third party plugins or scripts in your widgets. I know you checked for plugin conflicts but this tells us there’s conflict coming from third party scripts. If this could not be done, please copy your site to a staging server so we could test without third party plugins and customizations.
Other things that might prevent Cornerstone from saving are low memory and execution time. You can contact your host to increase the memory to 512mb and execution time to the maximum. Also ask your host if your resource usage has been limited this week until today.
Thanks.
I’ve switched servers (new info coming in private reply). Got rid of the custom templates, upgraded to pro and checked for plugin conflicts.
Now Pro won’t even load (https://prnt.sc/gucxru) and just spins. I’m on SiteGround so I also had them remove all security blocks from anything that had /x/ or cornertone or pro.
I’ve gotten rid of most of those errors in red from the screenshot above (ignore the mrtracking error because removing that does nothing to help) but now I’m seeing what I believe is the real culprit (http://prntscr.com/gud6fd) and it says “Requested component ‘Page_Builder’ does not exist.” so I’d say that is the problem.
Please take a look so I can get my site back on track ASAP.

Pro now loads, but I get an error message that says “Uh oh! Content failed to save”: http://prntscr.com/gv23lt
UPDATE: The problem seems to only be on Posts and you can also see that with posts the sections don’t get added full width: http://prntscr.com/gv2rtn
Neither of these problems are present when I create pages.
Hello There,

Please check those other script conflict first. We’re sorry for the back and forth but we need to fix others error first just to make sure it is not stopping Cornerstone from working. Double check the mrtracking function you have added. Let us know how this goes.
