Pro will not launch

I am using PRO on a small site and also have a staging site on GoDaddy in a share server environment. I also have a managed word press account on this site so I do not have a cpanel.

I am doing some redesigning of the site on my staging site and two days ago PRO stopped opening. I just the spinning wheel of death.

I had loaded a new plugin for GDPR compliance that I have used on several other sites with a similar set-up. This is what I have done so far.

1. Deactivated all plugins. That did not resolve the issue.
2. Went into PRO settings and clear the style cache.
3. I have asked GoDaddy to help me and they have not been able to figure this out so far.
4. I am up to date on my version of PRO.

I need the software PRO to work. Do you have any suggestions.

Should I reinstall PRO. Not sure how to do that.
I have read that I could increase time out limit, but do not know how to do that either.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Hi Dan,

If you are unsure about how to increase the PHP memory limit of your site, you may get in touch with your hosting provider and have them increase it for you.

In case the issue persists after increasing the PHP memory limit, please provide us with your admin and FTP details in a Secure Note so that we can check it.

Not sure what it was in the end but doing a series of resets with GoDaddy seemed to fix the problem and the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your help on this anyway.
