Pro - where save all additional css and js?

Hi there,

I’m planing to do some cleaning, and i wonder where Pro is saving additional css and js?
To say a true i do modification under theme option -> css or js. Some time under pages, header or footer.
So im not adding anything to child theme.

Right now i’m planing to clean all Revisions, Drafts, Auto Drafts and some of orphan DB.

Hi there,

You can still place the custom CSS and JS code in Pro > Launch > Theme Options : CSS/JS.

The codes should remains intact after theme updates…

You got a point im putting those styles and js to Pro > Launch > Theme Options : CSS/JS
Thats why i wonder where theme is saving them? To DB?
i have almoust 1000 of Revisions, Drafts, Auto Drafts that i want to removed.
Only worry that if i will do that something will stop working:slight_smile:

for example all change that i made i header or footer are saved in DB? or some file?
just wonder how this theme is working cause normally i always work on child them and i change files.
but now im not doing it with Pro:slight_smile:. So where theme saved those changes:slight_smile:?

Hi there,

All options and settings and changes in the options of the theme including footers and headers are stored in the database inside the options and postmeta.

I strongly advise that you have the latest version of the Pro as in previous versions there was a potential data loss problem. Kindly read this article:

Also if I were you I would first make a complete backup of the website before the cleanup just in case.
