PRO WC_Single Layout Editor not showing Frontend & Backend for variable Products

Hi there,

we are currently developing a client-webshop with several variable products.
The system was running really good but all of a sudden the backend & frontend for the wc_single product pages stopped working!

We already disabled all plugins and updated PRO to the newest version and figured out, that the backend is working – but only for non-variable products! When we try to preview the backend with a variable product we get the following error:

The frontend is not working for any product – the page is just empty (with header & footer showing).
Sometimes (like every 20th try…) the error in the backend is changing so we can see the backend editor with an empty site aswell and the following error:

As i said: It was all working the day before yesterday – we dont see any error in chrome console. Our serverlogs show some errors with the product-gallery element. But even when we delete it, the pages are still not working.

We are using WC_Single Layouts with condition “All Products”.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Best regards from Germany

Some more details:

  • The website is running on cloudways (Digital Ocean) with Varnish Caching disabled
  • Wordpress & PRO are up-to-date (WP 5.7, PRO 4.2.3)
  • All Caching Plugins & Data has been deleted

Here is a Screenshot of our Chrome Console with the error in the backend:

And here the errorlog:
(we already tried deactivating the plugin woo-variations-gallery but it didn’t fix the problem)

Hi there, we figuered out, that the problem is fixed if we switch the permalinks back to “standard” for products. So in our German shop we have to use domain.com/produkt/example – then everything works again in frontend and backend.

Hello @partnerundsoehne,

Glad that you were able to find the solution by yourself. Please feel free to reach us if you have any query regarding our theme and theme settings.

Thanks
