Pro visual editor not working

Hi team,

Here’s the issue.

When I want to create or edit a page, the Pro Editor is stuck on loading. I can only edit the page by using the layout mode.

I’ve cleared caching (in W3Cache plugin), tried other browsers, switched between Pro and child themes, and deactivated a bunch of plugins to no avail.

Please help.

Thanks for asking.

I checked the website and can confirm that Pro gets stuck while loading the page. However, cleared W3 Total Cache and then deactivated all the plugins. On my end Content builder seems to be working fine. In that regards I would suggest you to retest for plugin conflict again to narrow down on the plugin that’ causing the problem. To test things further I created a test page in draft mode and I don’t see any issues with content builder.

Yes, the culprit was W3 Total Cache, specifically its minification settings.

I reset all its settings and now everything works fine.

Im having the same issue now, and the pro loading is just stuck, please can i ask was there a particular setting you changed, thanks in advance

I suggest disabling “Minify JS” option then clear cache and recheck this issue, if this didn’t help, please open a new support thread so you can share your login details in a Secure Note so we can investigate this issue.
