Steps tried:
Clearing cache, flushing wp cache, clearing the Pro ‘style cache’, disabling all plugins, trying from an incognito browser, uninstalling and reinstalling the theme.
Definitely shows as active everywhere, plz get in there and fix it, I’ve already wasted an hour

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide your site URL in the secure note to examine it further. I have checked your Themeco Account but am unable to locate the exact site where you are having this issue.

It still wasn’t working yet this afternoon but I pasted again and right now it looks like it worked
