Hello,

I get the following error message when trying to validate pro

Fatal error : Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method TGM_Plugin_Activation

Thanks for reaching out.
The PHP version might be a reason behind your issue, I would suggest you make sure that the PHP version should be 7.4. If the version is already set to the 7.4, there might be some different reasons behind your issue.
I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue *** if you have activated it
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel credentials to get the file access.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello John,

After a thorough investigation, I found out that the 3rd party " Contact Form 7 Designer" plugin is causing the issue. I have temporarily deactivated the plugin and now, the Pro theme is installed. Be advised that we do not fully support this plugin. You may need to contact the creators of this plugin.

With the Pro activated - I get the following fo editing pages:

Edit | Quick Edit | Trash | View | Duplicate This | Clone | New Draft | Rewrite & Republish | Edit with Cornerstone

How can I enable the Edit with PRO option?

Hello John,

In the last major release, we separated the Pro and the Cornerstone, which were previously integrated within the theme. Now you can find the Validation and other Bundled plugin settings under the Pro menu and builder-related options under the Cornerstone menu.
