Pro Validation Error

Hi folks,

We are unable to get our Pro Unlimited license to validate. When we add the license key, we get conflicting messages: validated! and same message as before.

We can see the license is being registered in the backend (adding URL in secure note) — maybe the issue is with some cache somewhere between Theme.co and our site? The site is hosted on WPengine; we’ve tried flushing various WPengine caches.

Also, FYI: this is a normal problem we encounter, albeit slightly worse this time. Normally, when we add the license key to the site, it validates for a 1-page load and then goes back to asking for registration. During that 1-page load, we install a Pro Extension and that seems to make the license ‘stick’. Not seamless, but it has worked in the past.

Anyway, in this situation we’re not even getting the 1-page load.

Any advice?
