Hi- I am using pro: I have 2 revolution sliders- one for desktop and one for mobile
http://kidsmagicworld.com.au/ right at the top the desktop video works- however on mobile its supposed to show a full screen slide that does not now appear when I view on my mobile- 
is one of the slides - but on my mobile it simply shows a large grey area and no images load- perhaps its my mobile I don’t know
for now I am using a background image which does appear on my mobile, however it doesn’t look the best but I need the slider to work
could anyone confirm if the slider works on their mobile?
I have an old phone so its hard to test things

Thank you for reaching out to us. I tested your site in few devices and browsers and the the slider on homepage loads fine in mobile devices (see screenshot)
This could be your mobile device specific issue or the cache issue. Please clear your mobile browser’s cache and test the site again. While I was checking your site, I noticed you’ve an outdated version of Pro, please update your theme and plugins to the latest version as many bugs are addressed in the latest release. You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

The slider works on my phone too so the problem is most probably in your mobile. Please try viewing in another phone and it it still doesn’t show up on your end, please try connecting to a different network
