Have you created a site backup or restore point? We would like to make sure that a recent backup has been created before proceeding with the update.

If the automatic update is not working on your end, you can also perform a manual update via the dashboard or FTP. Please refer to the documentation below for more info: How to Perform a Manual Update.

Let us know once the restore point or site backup has been created, and we’ll proceed and attempt to update the theme.
