Pro Update (no new updates)

Hi,

I have around 20 sites running on PRO.

I don’t understand why I can’t get the latest update for all my sites ? (no notification on my control panel regarding updates)

I have a few sites with version 4.0.10, others with 4.0.11 / 4.1.5 and one with 4.2.0.

It’s not a big issue but I was just wondering if it was normal ?

Hello Francis,

Thanks for writing in!

You should be getting the Automatic updates notifications on your site. To check for updates, simply go to Pro > Validation and you’ll see this:

You can also go to Dashboard > Updates.

Keep in mind that the update will only be successful if you have validated your Pro theme.

Ho yes yes I know thank you. As I said I have 20 sites running with Pro and have an unlimited license so I know how to update the theme

I was wondering why do I get updates notificiations on most of my sites but not for all my sites. I have a site on 4.01 but didn’t get the update notification to update on 4.2.0.

EDIT: Just wanted to check just to be sure I was not saying anything stupid and, yes, I was!

I never noticed the “check now” button and there was me thinking “I don’t want to ask a stupid question on the forum”,
