Pro Update from 5.1.5 to 6.4.6 Crashes Site

I’ve got a site running Pro 5.1.5 and WP 6.1.4. When I update Pro to the current version (6.4.6 as I write this), I’m getting a fatal error on the site. Do you recommend trying one of the intervening Pro versions to test the transition? If so, which one and where could I access it?

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that Pro 5.1.5 is not WP 6.x ready. You will have to update the Pro theme to 6.4.6 first before you update the WordPress core. If you already did, you will have to log in to your FTP and manually delete the Pro theme folder in the Themes folder and then re install the Pro theme.
