I have tried all the usual tricks of logging out and in … clearing cache … and still not working… my THEMECO shows the site as added correctly, but it still says not validated in the website backend… I have tried to remove it and re-add it several times… and each time it says “Validated” fo a moment and switches to not validated…

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello! Actually when this happened the site was on a temp URL as it wasn’t live yet … once I went live and did a new validation it worked … so perhaps it didn’t like the temp url … but I have used these before and they have validated fine so it is strange but sorted now at least… thx…
