Hello, I am missing the support option in the Themeco Dashboard. I am a Pro Unlimited customer and it indicates I am supposed to have support options available in my dashboard, but there are not any support options available. There are not any references to support in my dashboard. I suspect it is because until 2017 I was a standard customer and signed up for Pro Unlimited in 2018. During the change it seems the support option did not populate to my account.
There is one support request which I have added to the forum, but would like to request from support directly.
