Pro Unlimited Not Adding New Site Without Payment

Hi,

I pay monthly for Pro Unlimited and today I’ve been asked to make a one-off payment for the year before I’m allowed to add a new site licence.

Has something changed with the terms and conditions here or is this a bug?

Thanks for writing in! Your last payment was a month ago and the subscription has already expired. This is why you weren’t able to add any site.
