Pro Unlimited Licenses Not Showing Up In Dashboard

I have several sites under the (monthly) unlimited license. My last charge went through and is shown as billed, as well it lists the subscription in my dashboard, but the sites themselves and the activation code are inaccessible (gone). Any help?
