Pro Unlimited license will not validate

Hi Team,

Ive now tried to validate two sites and receive the same issue. On one site I first cleared the cache then deactivated ALL plugins.

Enter license and hit ENTER. A message appears " Congratulations, your site is now validated!. The page then refreshes and I see the following: You’re almost finished!

Your license of Pro is not validated . Place your Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.

None of the plugins are available for install either.

Both these sites sit on the same server as multiple other sites that were able to be, and stay validated.

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The given credentials do not work for us.

By the way, please make sure that you have uploaded the pro.zip file. The Pro theme files should be uploaded in the wp-content/themes/pro/ folder. If you have renamed it, please revert back to pro folder.
