I did a site migration and I want to use a different theme license. I’m getting the common error others are having as well that the site is validated, but it also isn’t validated…

I went ahead and validate your website then I don’t see any issue validating it on the first try. I believe it has something to do with your server and our server communication when you try to validate your website.

Thank you. I see others in the forum have had the same exact issue and it only gets fixed after reaching out to Themeco directly. What’s the best practice regarding site cloning/migration to prevent this from happening again? Is there a way to temporarily disconnect a license prior to cloning/migrating?

It is always a good practice to clear the server cache, browser cache and in case if you are using any cache or JS/CSS, HTML minification plugin, you need to purge all the cache from the plugin then temporarily deactivate the plugin. After that, you can validate the theme.
