Pro unlimited license not validating

I have a lifetime Pro Unlimited license and an active support subscription. I am seeing (in the wordpress dashboard) that my license is not validated. I validated in the past, but in an attempt to revalidate, I can seem to locate the license key/code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To get the Pro Unlimited license code key you need to go to your Themeco account dashboard —>Add new site —>you will get the license key. Please have a look at the screenshot below.
