PRO UI does not load - any theme options/page builder/headers/etc

Hello there! I am unable to get the Pro UI to load. For example, anytime I select PRO > Headers/content/footers/theme options/page builder, I get an eternally spinning wheel.

Sidenote: While this site is new, it DID work when I first installed it, but I think there have been some auto-updates since installation of the theme.

I am working with the most recent version of PRO (3.0.4), on an essentially a fresh WordPress installation (5.2.3) with only some blank pages and very few plugins (shown in screenshot). I have cleared the cache, and gone so far as to disable any caching tools as well.

I cannot seem to figure out what is causing this - help?

Ope… I think I figured it out. I turned off all caching plugins, and did some hard refreshing on the cache situation, and was finally able to get the UI to load. Thank you.
