Pro-theme - z-index image in section/row/column over footer

I’m using the Pro page builder (and Pro footer). I’m trying to get an image to be the top layer and overlay on the footer. The page in question is here: https://arc-dev.snyderonlinemarketing.com/

I want it to look like the image that is attached. I’ve tried adjusting the z-index in the footer and image/column/row to no avail. How can I make the image lay over top of the footer?

Thanks for reaching out.

1.) The first thing you will do is to remove the margin bottom -5em you set in your section. The Build Family Section.

2.) Then add a margin bottom -6em on the 2nd row of that section.

3.) Then add a margin-top 50px on the first column of that 2nd row.

4.) And the last thing you will do is to set the footer z-index to 1.
