Pro Theme Version: 5.0.8 Will Not Install

I have been on the phone with my hosting company for 2 hours. I have been trying to install this theme for 4 days and I have no results.

When I upload the theme via WordPress Uploader, I get “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”.

When I upload the them directly to the cPanel, I get the same message. I will upload the expanded error + the login info in a secure note.

Thank you for writing in, please get back to your hosting support and ask for assistance regarding these two things.

  • Ask on how you can change the PHP version to stable 7.4
  • Ask how you can increase the Upload Max Filesize to at least 16MB. The current 2MB is too low.

There was a big error with my hosting company. They were showing 32M for the upload size but it was only showing 2 outward. Thank you for your help and helping me prove that this was the issue.
