Pro theme updating issue

I have a website installed theme pro Version: 3.1.2 and when I go for an update the pro theme but the whole website is crashed and the WordPress shows an error to install the theme again

Currently, my active theme is the pro-child theme. but now I purchased theme pro latest version if i upload the new updated theme WordPress show me a error the folder is already existed

please guide me on how to do that my website is https://organiselife.com.au/

Thanks for reaching out.
You need to delete the Parent Theme before you upload the Pro again. I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and update the theme by deleting the Parent Theme and if everything works fine, migrate the staging to the live server.

It seems the PHP version is the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 by contacting your Hosting Service provider and check if that issue resolves or not.
