I want to change the Team Accordion of my site. So that instead of the Text going down it goes up over the image without changing the image itself. Is that possible?

The effect you are looking for is not possible through accordion.
My suggestion is to use content area drop-down, the image as column background.
You may need little custom CSS code but can be achievable.
