PRO Theme - Tawk To WP plugin installed, but stopped working recently

Hello, this is in regards to: handymanoflasvegas.com
which has PRO at its current version.

I had originally downloaded and setup the WP plugin for Tawk To about 3 months ago; it had been working flawlessly until I noticed it was no longer up, about a week ago.

Troubleshooting steps I have tried so far:

  • uninstall and re-install plugin, and double check appearance settings in the plugin, and on the administrative dashboard on Tawk To site.
  • deactivated Autoptimize plugin, which is the only plugin I have that has anything to do with JS and CSS in-lining or render block removing.
  • double checked to make sure I do not have any caching plugins.
  • Gone to Pro > Settings > ‘Clear Style Cache’
  • cleared website data from my browser, Chrome, and also browsed to my site via Microsoft Edge

The plugin just flat out is not displaying despite all the above steps taken.
I do not believe that it is due to a WP update, as I manage another site: lasvegaslocksmiths.com
which also uses that Tawk To plugin, has the same WP version, and displays correctly on all pages.

Please advise on what can be done to get Tawk To workin again for handymanoflasvegas.com, thank you!

Can you please confirm if your other site where the plugin working fine is Pro or X site?
As you have tried yourself different things without success. Can you please send your login details so that we can have a look.

I have checked your site and Tawk is displaying on my end.

The font awesome icons were not displaying because of CORS or Cross Origin Resource Sharing issue. To resolve this, please make sure that your site URL, WordPress address URL and your WordPress dashboard is the same. You can check this settings in Settings > General.
